青木夫妻の愛娘。学校では製菓を学んでヴァンセットに入社するが、一旦別の仕事に就く。数年前より満を持して再びヴァンセットに入社し、現在はデザート全般と料理のアシストを担当する。一説によると青木シェフを操る影の経営者という噂も。
