カウンターでは、シェフが料理をするところを見ていただきながら、食材やワインについて一緒にお話したり、時には料理から離れた話題で夢中になったり・・・。
日本が誇るカウンターの食文化と和の食材や器を大切にし、フランス料理をベースにした”ヴァンセット風”を作り上げて早30年。
魚に秀でた和食の技術や無農薬有機野菜を積極的に用い、クリームやバターを控え、オリーブオイルを使った優しい味わいは、年齢を問わずに召し上がっていただけるフランス料理だと思います。
会話を楽しむためというフランス料理の基本に立ち返り、お客様と共に美味しく楽しい食空間を創っていきたいと考えております。

"Vingt-sept" is the French restaurant furnished with open kitchen counter. It's neither a Grand-maison nor a first-class restaurant, but we hope "Vingt-sept" is the only restaurant that offers the customers a happy moment with hearty dishes and warm service.
On the open kitchen counter, the customers can see chefs cooking, talk about ingredients and wine, and sometimes be absorbed in other topics. Japanese are proud of the food culture of open kitchen counter, own ingredients and tableware. We have cherished them and created "Vingt-sept style" based on French cuisine for more than 30 years.
The chefs in this restaurant have the good skill for Japanese cuisine especially in cooking fish, and also positively use chemical-free and organic vegetables and olive oil instead of cream or butter. We believe all the customers with no age limits will be satisfied with the delicate taste.
We always go back to the bases of French cuisine to enjoy conversation during the meals and also would like to create a delicious and pleasant space with customers.
