1987 | Opened “Vingt-sept” at Nishiki Naka-ku Nagoya after training in Nagoya for a few years. It had an open kitchen counter. |
1990 | Transferred “Vingt-sept” to Gokiso Shouwa-ku. “Vingt-sept” was in the spotlight as the restaurant with the open kitchen counter. |
1996 | The three star chef, “Dominique Bouchet” visited “Vingt-sept” and had its standard menu, “”Duck and vegetable bouillon soup#. He was deeply impressed with the soup and added it to his menu in France and named “Vingt-sept style”. |
2002 | “Vingt-sept Fair” was held at Hotel Ritz in Paris for a week. The dishes cooked for the customers at Hotel Ritz had a good reputation. |
